LAS VEGAS — NaturesCast, a Filipino-based eco-friendly master furniture and accessories manufacturer with an office and showroom in Las Vegas, has introduced a new Club Furniture Set for the home, office and commercial markets.

Like the more than 100 other products in the line, NaturesCast uses an innovative process to create functional and artistic furniture and décor from agro-forest waste such as dry leaves, dead twigs and barks from the forests around Compostela, Province of Cebu, Philippines. The materials are shredded through a special machine and bonded together using odorless water-based binder, then shaped into the unique and functional forms.

The Club Furniture Set includes a sofa, chair, footstool, ottoman and side-table. The set is unique but classy and comes in a variety of NaturesCast colors including natural, black, RC tone, brown and two-tone. The pieces have a MamorCast finish that comes in red or white.

The base of the Club Sofa stands 20 inches off the ground and the opening under the seat allows space to move the ottoman conveniently underneath the sofa. The base of the Club Chair stands 30inches off the ground and the stool is 18 inches tall. The coffee table is 24 inches in diameter and stands 21¾ inches high.

To make the sofa and chair more suitable for sitting, a MamorCast material covers the seat area. MarmorCast is also created by NaturesCast and is a sustainable material as well. This allows for more comfortable use and a smooth sitting area. The tabletop, footstool and ottoman are also covered in the same MarmorCast material. Celebrities and VIPs grabbed their last opportunity to bid adieu to summer 2008 in the greenest, most eco-friendly way possible at the beach in Malibu over Labor Day Weekend. Borden Entertainment and Distinctive Assets teamed up with the Environmental Media Association (EMA) and LA. Direct Magazine for the final party in a series that also included Memorial Day and the Fourth of July. "Our Malibu Beach Parties are all about the chic, fun and socially-conscious Southern California lifestyle," said Glenda Borden, celebrity party planner and president of Borden Entertainment.
